Clubhouse Rentals

The Brooke Meadows clubhouse is available for rental by residents of Brooke Meadows for private events and gatherings. Please note that clubhouse rentals do not include use of the pool or tennis courts. The resident reserving the clubhouse must be present and in attendance for the duration of the event.

A non-refundable rental fee of $50 is required. Before signing and returning the application to Prestige Management, please carefully review all clubhouse rental guidelines and requirements included in the application packet.

We want your event to be a success and enjoyed by all in attendance, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our beautiful community facilities.
